No. Both Premium and Accelerator are flat monthly plans with no fee on individual reservations or covers, and no cap on how many bookings you take.
Yes. Unlimited two-way SMS texting is included on both plans, so you can run your waitlist and confirmations by text without watching a message meter.
Premium is the complete reservation and guest platform. Accelerator includes everything in Premium and adds hands-on help: an operations analysis, a marketing plan built and delivered for you, and ongoing growth guidance from our team.
If you are not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, we refund you in full. After 30 days you are billed monthly and can cancel any time, with a pro-rata refund on the current month.
Pricing is per location. If you operate multiple venues or a resort with several outlets, book a strategy session and we will put together the right setup for your group.
